We offer a one (1) Year guarantee from the purchase date, on all the materials we use and our craftmanship. If any bag fails because of workmanship or defects, we will fix or replace your GUT Case at no charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. We know our cases are built with the best quality out there. We stand behind them and are very proud of them. Now this doesn't mean that a bag will last forever. No bag does. If someone tells you otherwise then you need to tell them that they should consider a career in politics because that simply isn't possible. The procedure for replacing the bag under our warranty policy, by e mailing us at warranty@gutcases.com and request a warranty form.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you want to return a GUT case because it wasn't the exact color you wanted or you ordered a case for the wrong device, please keep the bag in new and re-sellable condition and we'll gladly take it back within 30 days of your purchase and give you a refund for the bag purchased.
